Standard Returns Policy
We believe you will be thrilled with the variety of products you find on the Arbela website. We have designed just what you need, an international solution where you can purchase from a wide variety of products and make payments. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may be damaged or broken during shipping to your country. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
We will re-order or refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following. Products
- Must be returned to the designated pickup point in the original packaging along with the original receipt within 2 business days of the date you received the product.
- Are eligible for return when: damaged, defective or electronic dead on arrival, or when the product does not match the actual order.
- Software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license which is broken and you could read the software license before opening its packaging.

Claim notification process
- For any damaged or broken product from the acceptance list, simply fill in the form on our website you will immediately receive an e-mail acknowledging your request providing you with a simple claim form to be filled out and return to the sender. If you have questions contact our customer care center via our website or by emailing [email protected]
- Please fill out the claim form within 24 Hours.
- You will be asked to return the product within 2 business days, dropping it off to a designated ARBELA center in Iraq at no charge.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the agent will proceed with a physical inspection and will document the product condition and reason for return and will collect your signature.
- You will be notified of acceptance of your claim within 3 business days.
- You will receive an email from customer care advising you of the amount that will be reimbursed to you
- Your account will be credited within a further 3 business days
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that top-up of this amount into your account has been made.
- The case will be closed.
- You can re-order.
Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping Policy to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from www.arbela.store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once shipped internationally and subject to foreign export control laws and regulations, Arbela cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
